What an amazing film....A documentary about the Paskowitz surfing family.  This film challenged how I was raised and how I would want to raise children in the future.  It is kind of like the grass is greener on the other side.  Either way there is no normal family and this movie shows no matter how you are raised, not everyone will always be happy.
Dorian Paskowitz, the father of the surfing bunch is a very diverse and complex man.  His virtues and ideas all seem rational but play out horribly wrong.
If you love surfing, watch it! If you love family, watch it! If you hate your family watch it, it will teach you to love them... enjoy

the original reason

When I first decided I wanted to start a blog, I thought I should solely devote it to documentaries.  I promise I will do my fair share of that.  Although to be true to myself, I must also discuss other things I experience.  So bare with me.

I have always loved documentaries but really got interested in them when I started streaming my netflix.  I am not prone to watching the common documentaries but instead try to search for the more different bizarre.  I highly suggest if you order netflix that you stream to your TV.  If you do not have a Wii or playstation but ROKU

It is very well priced and even Pandora can link up to it, so your favorite music can be played all around the house!

I have been to Loehmanns 3 times this week is that too much????

How can anyone buy full price jeans or anything when a store such as Loehmanns exist.

Well, I am not too sure where I am going to begin... At first I wanted to talk about documentaries, then I wanted to talk about single in LA and now I am not too sure.
